With a Ph.D. in Psychology, master's degrees in Biology and Human Resources, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources credential, Dr. Fleurima brings a multidisciplinary understanding of people and organizational performance. She approaches leadership with the conviction that clear expectations must be matched by the training, time, and support teams need to succeed.

Through HEDIS Edge Solutions, she identifies operational blind spots, structures physician and staff workflows, and establishes accountability for quality and follow-through. Jeff Jolicoeur brings more than eight years of experience working with Soul of Haiti, supporting charitable initiatives serving orphaned children and vulnerable communities. His background in community engagement and organizational coordination informs a relationship-centered approach to growth.

As Chief Growth Officer, Jeff focuses on strategic outreach, partnership development, and expanding HEDIS Edge Solutions' connections with healthcare organizations. He brings a service-driven perspective to building relationships that support the firm's mission and long-term growth.

Dr. Thuat Nguyen brings more than 30 years of experience providing compassionate, high-quality medical care. Through the expansion of his practice in Miramar, he continues his commitment to accessible, personalized care and lasting relationships with patients and families.

As Medical Director of HEDIS Edge Solutions, his mission is to keep clinical priorities at the heart of healthcare improvement. His focus is on strengthening preventive care, supporting chronic disease management, and improving coordination between primary care, specialists, and hospitals.
